      he said deltoids are harder to grow for most people .. so he put deltoids twice a week ..

      Push
      Pull
      Legs and abs
      rest
      Repeat

      Idk bout you, but my deltoids grow fine. And i train them with LESS volume than my chest and back. You do know you use your deltoids during chest and back exercises, right?
      and IMO compounds are the way to go for mass and are much easier to progress on(Not stall). He put ALOT of isolation in dat sunuvabish

      Not only is the split crappy, but the workouts within the split suck too. I've seen too many personal trainers that pass the "tests" for certification, but don't know very much.
