In reality 99.99% of us could do the vast majority of exercises we see online, as a one off - the real skill and dedication comes with regular exercise. Unless you can get you head in gear and around the idea of doing regular exercise you will be fighting a constant battle.
Boredom can also play a role - earphones and music help me. Well they did until my running machine packed up a few years ago with an error message. Checked the error message online and it simply said "excess sweat" lol
