Day 1 of my bulk (november 11)
      http://i840.photobucket.com/albums/z...e/IMG_0499.png

Then after 7 months, I had put on 33 pounds going from 137 --> 170 pounds. (im 5'10 lol)

As you can see, i got fat as FUK and it was making me depressed. So to see if I really did make any gains, i did a 2 month ketogenic cut and looked like this (weigh 155 in this pic, glycogen depleted)

Now I have been bulking for roughly about 2 months, and look like this at 165 pounds. (This pic is what I look like now, taken last week. Avi lol)

      Cliffs of my progress:
Before http://i840.photobucket.com/albums/z...e/IMG_0499.png (137 pounds 11 inch arms cold)

After http://i840.photobucket.com/albums/z...e/IMG_0599.png (165 pounds 14.25 inch arms cold

I have been lifting seriously for 11 months now.

I actually got stronger on my 2 month ketogenic cut (srs). If you keep the deficit at around 300 - 500 calories, the difference in strength wont even be noticeable before/after.
      My 1rm lifts before were:
      bench 95x5
      squat 45x5
      deadlift 65x4

      Lifts now:
      bench 165x5
      Squat 225x5
      deadlift 255x5

lol not much of an increase for 1 year but that's because i didnt really focus on progressively overloading as much as i shouldve been for the first 6 months, was a noob.
