      Hello,

I need to take in 170g of protein each day. Apparently my body can on take in 20g of protein at a time (some assclown at school told me this). So even if I manage to get 20g of protein at each meal I'll only be getting 120g if I eat 6 times a day. How do you guys afford this??? Whey is $60 a tub and chicken is $20 for 5 breasts. And they whey only has 30 servings in it so it aint lasting long.

And in regards to meal timing and frequency? Is it absolutely essential? during Mon-Fri I try my best to get 6 meals in a day. But today I only had meals (three if you count shakes). Is it really important when to eat, or it doesn't matter as long as you eat healthy and stay within limits?

      Thanks.

Neither of these things matter. You can eat 170g protein in one sitting once a day if you want.

SO what that idiot told me is false? There is no limit to how much protein my body can take at a time?

No limit, it just prolongs the digestion period. Forget about timing and just worry about getting in your macros by the end of the day.

ultimately timing isnt all that important for 95% of us. though i dont get why that makes you pay entirely too much for both whey and chicken

The whey is optimum gold 100% so I guess its worth it. But I agree the chicken price is bull**** way too expensive. I can't do anything about that unless I go to the trouble of breeding my own chickens.
