      yes, that is true. but if someone was that anal about their macros then they wouldn't be that pizza. it's better have a rough estimate then not knowing at all imo.

      Personally, I never eat junk food. Ever. No fast food, no soda, no candy, no icecream.
      For me, I always feel great and I absolutely love fruits/meats/veggies anyways (more then junk)
      Im not sure about you, but every time I eat junk food I feel like crap. (Okay maybe I lied about saying never, I went to applebees for Mother's day, I like to think that doesn't count ^^).

      But yeah man, everyone has their own preferences. For me, no junk food . Loveeeeee the fruits and veggies. Also, make water your best friend.

      Are you saying that I dont eat junk food because it makes my emotionally or mentally happy?

      I dont eat junk food because I don't like it, and F&V's are much better.
