      Overhead Press Help. All My Lifts Except OHP Is Going Up

      Oh, I was thinking of doing that (just didn't know it had a name) but Idt my gym has them, just 2.5s. Lol, could double clip it.

      I know that's why I'm so dissa pointed I'm not progressing. But currently I have to stay under 160lbs (lightweight rower), so I've been doing strength stuff and gaining except on ohp.

      dude people would use micro plates at like 160 lbs + not 85 lol.

      Maybe it's time to try microloading?

      Exactly why I can't figure out why I'm so stuck. Do you think increasing the lifts frequency would help? Do 5 reps twice a week, 8-12 one day. Vice versa?

      Everything is ****ing relative. Energy is relative. Dick Size is relative. The position of two points is relative. Time is relative. I don't need a 19 year old to drop the newly learned word relativity. What im talking about is whether or not something is pragmatic and the fact is if you factor in efficiency when trouble shooting you start with the basics and move forward. It's called scientific Method.

      anyway OP, you said you have to stay under 160 lbs?

      Maybe that's your problem right there, if you have to stay under a certain weight range you might not be eating at a calorie surplus

      Just a guess
