I know that's why I'm so dissa pointed I'm not progressing. But currently I have to stay under 160lbs (lightweight rower), so I've been doing strength stuff and gaining except on ohp.

What im talking about is whether or not something is pragmatic and the fact is if you factor in efficiency when trouble shooting you start with the basics and move forward. It's called scientific Method.
