I know this is a body building forum but because I'm still recovering from an injury, I'll probably start with daily activities that won't be as strenuous to my right leg. God knows how much I wanted to go back to the gym and finally go serious with this but until my leg is fully healed, I'll be planning my first 100 days and maybe post day to day activities that would count as exercise for the injured. My past diet of processed foods have got to go even though my budget is also limited. I really need to turn my life around not just for me but especially for my son who depends on me, since I'm his only parent in the world. I'll probably post pics as well. Aside from here, I'm also thinking of recording my 100 days in my IG account. The people in the fitness community there are strangers to me but they inspire me nonetheless. I wish I have a workout buddy. Can you all be my workout buddies?
