      New to taking whey

      thanks mlift anyways to answer you guys its the vanilla. Its just i've been told that creatine bloats you which i want to get bigger muscle but i also dont want to be bloated at my stomach etc. i would like a nice cut its just something i've always wanted since i used to be fat.

      ShaShaaa or w/e your name is the bodyfotress whey protein comes with creatine. OP is obviously unware and he obviously stated that was new to this stop acting like he knows all about it yet. He's concerned with the amount in it, which by the way OP isn't even close to the 5g of creatine daily.

      if u want to gain muscle there's a veeeryy good possibility you're going to get bloated in the stomach since you need a caloric surplus to grow

      ahhh walmart brand protein, 14$ for 2 lbs is a steal but mixing it up is a bitch

      Thanks xkevin anyways what do you mean by 5g needed daily is that like how much we need naturally?

      5grams is the amount you should take if you ever decide to take creatine. You don't need it but it really helps to supplement creatine to increase gains and strength.
