There's no doubt that progression slows after the beginner stage, but it seems more likely to me that the larger portion of people make this excuse for why they are not progressing instead of looking at their diet/routine. I do agree that there is a natural limit, you're not going to see somebody that looks like an IFBB bodybuilder walking around claiming they're natty.

New people with cycle questions GTFIH And a calculator does not factor in a lot of subtle differences and cannot factor for these. The only calc I would use for BB/PW is a bodyfat one or for a routine.
