New dead PR GTFIH for reps. yes, i tried 585. I thought i only got it 1-2 inches of the ground so i quit. After seen the vid i wtf my self for been a cheeky Kunt. I have rack pull more weight from that same spot. Im not gonna max out until i can i think i can get 600 or in a meet i may attend on april 21st.
New dead PR GTFIH for reps. I never had problems getting anything off the floor. Im pretty good a pulling the slack in singles. I have alot of trouble locking out weight the last 2-3 inches, damn weak glutes. I will keep it in mind if start having trouble getting it off the floor.
