      start each rep from dead weight. it will help you develop power from the floor and it is safer in general.

      yes, i tried 585. I thought i only got it 1-2 inches of the ground so i quit. After seen the vid i wtf my self for been a cheeky Kunt. I have rack pull more weight from that same spot. Im not gonna max out until i can i think i can get 600 or in a meet i may attend on april 21st.

      I never had problems getting anything off the floor. Im pretty good a pulling the slack in singles. I have alot of trouble locking out weight the last 2-3 inches, damn weak glutes.

      I will keep it in mind if start having trouble getting it off the floor.

      400/520/610 @ 238

      my bench in the low 300s and squat is in the mid 400s

      350/575/600 bench/deadlift/squat @ 197lbs

      those are nate max in his sig. and im sure its bench/squat/dead.

      how is your dead below your squat? from past experience it usually means you're not hitting dept in the squat, but im just sayin.

      i do heavy shrugs with out straps focus on grip instead of traps lulz
