Hey all! just a quick one to say hello! My name is Charlotte, I'm 22 and currently living in Hook (near Basingstoke) I've been doing weights for about 6 months now and have completely hit a brick wall.... I guess its a combination of training on my own, not knowing when i'm doing things right or wrong and being too scared to try a new weight just incase i get trapped under it!!, so If anyone knows any gym's or anyone else that needs a training buddy please let me know (and please no pervy men...not cool!) So until I find a gym buddy i'll just be reading your posts to keep me going! Thanks all!
