      Need help with Macros.

      So here are my new numbers....

      Protien - 176g
      Fats - 80g
      Carbs - 272g

      Too much protein? I added the rest of the calories so it would be 3000.

      2500 calories

      But it's alright. Don't go higher than that for now.

      Adjust after 1-2 weeks.

      Your macros are just fine. The only thing you should add is...

      A gallon of water.

      Organizing A meal plan right now, and I'm stumped. Only at 2200 calories, but have 257 carbs, 65 fat, and 150 protein. Any advice more foods (lots of calories, and fats)
