      I'm going to start bulking in 2 weeks, and I'm not sure if I got these right.

      5'9 153 lbs

      Calories - ~3000
      Protien - 92g
      Fats - 80g
      Carbs - 272g

      Does that sound about right? Not sure. D:

      EDIT : Can someone link me to a good site that will count my calories/protein/etc? (Pref. mobile)

      Protein is way too low, it should be at least 153g. Ideally it would be in the 200's. Fats can be raised slightly (15-20g or so). Carbohydrates can be lowered only slightly (20-30g).

      up the protein to 150g and lower the carbs to compensate.

      More protein. Get at least 1xLBM.

      Adjust from there.

      And this is not 3000 calories, it's around 2200.

      Don't trust calorie calculators. Just get base macros to start and then add/reduce food depending on your results.

      1. Your Macros don't even add up to 3000 calories brah.
      2. 1g of Protein per lb of bw, so 150gram, and fats at 80g looks good to me

      So I need to eat 2200 calories a day? Or are you indirectly saying I ****ed up.

      No you probably need to eat around 3,000.

      He is just saying that

      Protien - 92g
      Fats - 80g
      Carbs - 272g

      does not add up to 3000 calories.

      1g fat = 9 cal
      1g prot = 4 cal
      1g carb = 4 cal

      the macros together that you gave dont add up to 3000cals is what he's saying

      Nah, you likely need more than 2200. But you likely don't need 3000 either.

      Just add the protein and see where the calories get you to.

      Ahhh, I see. So I can't just throw at bull **** numbers? ****.
