Looking to get lean so I'm aiming for at least 23? Anywhere I'd feel more comfortable!

I am interest in hearing what motivates you Trapchic - what prompted you to focus on your fitness? I am starting my journey and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been training with a friend lately and he keeps me really motivated. He's there every time I needed an 'extra push' so that makes my whole training experience even better. I suggest you find someone you're comfortable to work out with - someone motivating and someone who will inspire you to keep on going.

Normally I weigh myself in the morning, as soon as I wake up. I usually weigh twice a month but lately I just stopped obsessing on the scale and just relied on what I see in the mirror.

Best of luck with your journey! You got this!

I haven't been, no. But I'm thinking of getting some, still not sure. How bout you?

Oh I've dropped and gained weight. I stopped weighing myself lol
