      my friend has great genetics, should i give him bad advice??

      Just don't do it OP. I was the same way, but I've learnt to overcome it. Although it was with a video game and I was in the 5th grade, haha. Work out with him, and on bad days, he will motivate you. Train harder so that even with his genetics, you will look better.

      You dont need to help him, thats for sure. But DONT guide him down the wrong path.

      he is really close friend and is looking for me for advice on programme and how to eat ect, and will be training at the same gym as me sooo i cant really ignore it
