      Up fats. Up protein. Way to many carbs if ur cuttin. How cut u wanna get?

      I lift five days a week. I don't lift on Thursday and Sunday.

      How much carbs would you recommend with the cardio that I'm doing? I'm not sure, around 9% BF.
