from the intensive reading ive been doing on this site the last couple days since i have joined i have come across the term "macronutrient" / "macros" in so many posts. i have been training for years and this term is new to me. this site has made me realise how much i dont actually know. so cud somebody explain macronutrients to me please. thanx i guess years of training with my earphones in and not chatting at the gym or doing research has done me no good!
