      Look up Ronnie Coleman leg press. Only IMPRESSIVE leg press I've ever seen

      Bros, bros... bros... listen... I also squat burdensome weights.

      I like the leg press because I can do a lot of reps without my lower back failing me.

      Edit: This set of 25 for example, breathed FIRE into my quads. I'm at home right now and my quads still hurt to flex.

      If I were to squat a set of 25, my lower back would give out before I could push my legs at any respectable weight. And that's assuming my cardio wasn't a factor at all.

      Squat 240x1, Deadlift 315x1.

      They don't call me Mr. Tiny Legs for nothin', kid.
