      Just curling 8 kg ( 17.6 lbs ) per arm / dumbell?????????

      I think its a bit lower but not abnormal, if you work on it you probably could get to 25s 30s in no time.

      It's fine then OP. Don't worry about the amount of weight you lift if you're doing it right. Also, apply progressive overloading to your training
