      Hello, title says about all.. I'm 15 years old and about 73 - 74 kgs at the moment im in a bulk and i just curl this amount with hammer curls per arm... and with seated supinated curls, is this normal ? Thanks

      Assuming you're using good form it's normal for a novice.

      90% of ppl in the gym curl with their delts instead of their biceps

      Going to gym for about 8 months but didn't really do dumbell curls in that time,
      been seeing all kinds of gains though,
      But with a barbell i curl about 25 kgs so i dont know..
