Hello, title says about all.. I'm 15 years old and about 73 - 74 kgs at the moment im in a bulk and i just curl this amount with hammer curls per arm... and with seated supinated curls, is this normal ? Thanks
Just curling 8 kg ( 17.6 lbs ) per arm / dumbell????????? Assuming you're using good form it's normal for a novice. 90% of ppl in the gym curl with their delts instead of their biceps
