Jtbny Dialing in the diet 2012 Good workout today. Today is B day ( chest ). Noticeable strength lose with my calorie deficit but still felt good. Here is the run down. Started with bench press which I'm trying to be careful easing back in with my left shoulder pain. Bb bench 12x135 15x135 12x185 10x225 5x250 1x260 shoulder said no 5x255 10x230 15x150 10x150 12x150 Db flat bench 15x85s 12x90s 8x100s 7x100s Incline bb 10x135x3 I do inclines usually on my shoulder day, and I will again this week. Just felt like doing a quick 3 sets. Peck deck 10x100x3 Shoulders not liking these. I did 10 sets on arm curls mixing between bb curl db curl and hammer curls. Not worth noting. I did not include any warmup sets in my log. Thursday is leg day. Anxious to see how I do with my calorie deficit.

Jtbny Dialing in the diet 2012 Well my leg workout was bad today. Not sure if it was my allergies or the calorie deficit making me feel blah today. Oh well pushed forward anyways. Not listing everything today as I already write it down. Just going to log the compounds and the diet. Back Squats: 135x10 185x8 225x6x2 245x5 275x1 315x1 225x5 Zerker squats 135x10 150x10x3 Leg extensions calf raises and sldl to end the leg workout. Also did tris today. Calories 2462 goal 2500 172 carbs 64 fat 288 protein Friday is usually my D day but wife and I have an appointment to see what we are having,boy or girl, so moving it to Saturday.
