jdtemple's Journal Thanks guys! I've been doing BB Press seated, with no back rest. I don't have the ceiling clearance to do it standing. In going heavier, I seem to lean toward hyper extending my lower back a bit too far and it hurts the next day. DB Press I do standing. I think I'm going to start using a back rest for the BB Press.
jdtemple's Journal In my opinion, the journals are where the true "quality" discussions are taking place about training and nutrition. There are plenty of fine journals in here to follow and support. Most of those guys will return the favor.
