      Lolz. I would encourage you to focus on adding weight to your excercises rather than just doing a whole bunch of exercises with a specific number of sets & reps.

      He's not saying you don't lift heavy. He's just saying it would be more beneficial if you continue to lift heaviER each workout.

      But stripping your workout into FEWER exercises which emphasis barbells with few accessory movements, you'll be able to concentrate on progressively adding more to the bar, each day you workout.

      Personally, I feel this is best for you, especially since you're currently cutting.
