      I want to see my Kids grow up - NO MORE EXCUSES

      Ankles really giving me alot of trouble. Bought a couple soft braces but not really helping. Thinking it's just a matter of me being a fat a$$.

      Once you get down into the 2's your knees and ankles will feel like they are getting a vacation.

      I was 305 at my heaviest, a lot of those pains went away once I got to 270's

      Quick question for some of you looking at this.....

      I am not the biggest believer in supps but I am trying to figure out if I would benefit from adding a BCAA supp? I currently drink between 3 and 4 Optimum Gold Standard Prot shakes each day. I know these have a decent BCAA content but these shakes are replacing meals so my food intake is low. I don't know if not eating much food is causing me to run at a negative.

      Just looking for some opinion.
