I just can't eat 3000 cal's a day! The hiit I do is 30 sec's on 15 sec's off. Thing like push-ups, pull-ups, crunches, floor swimmers ect..
I just can't eat 3000 cal's a day! First off, at 6'1" 165# why are you working out 12 times a week?! Secondly, 3k cals is nothing. What are you eating chicken breast and broccoli all day?! I can fix a protein shake with whey, oats, milk, bananas and pb and be at half of 3000. Eat more calorie dense foods, i.e., healthy fats. Eat more red meat.
