      Monday - Legs + Abs + Forearms

      Tuesday - Back/Biceps/Rear Delt + Calves

      Wednesday - Chest/Tri z + Forearm

      Thursday - Legs + Abs + Calves

      Friday - Back/Biceps/Rear Delt + Calves

      Saturday - Shoulders + Abs + Forearms

      Sunday - Cardio - 30 minutes - treadmill @ full incline

I would add shoulders with your chest and tris day. That way you can work all muscle groups 2x a week

It's a pretty heave routine, you're hitting your forearms 3x a week which is too much.
Have you followed this for a while and how do you feel? I can only imagine your diet needs to be optimum to be able to keep up.

Will definitely add shoulders to one of my chest days. Didn't even realize.

Working forearms 3x a week is not too much? Where would you even get the idea that it is?

You already hit your forearms indirectly doing heavy lifts and pulls.

That really isn't enough IMO. Most of that is static work for your forearms rather than dynamic work.

      Dynamic > Static

That being said I would incorporate forearms with the arm days instead of hitting the forearms again on non arm days :O
