  • How many hours a day do you train/exercise?

      I would be interested to hear how many hours a day you train/exercise and whether you had to adjust your initial training regime?

      There is a thread on the forum which suggests that when starting, as little as 30 minutes a session is enough. I always thought you had to train for hours to get toned and build muscles but thankfully this is not the case.

      I have just read that thread, this is exactly what I needed to read. Like many newbies I was often under the impression people trained for hours each day. I'm sure that even I can manage a 30 min training session!
