      How is this upper/lower routine?

      well you have military press on B so you would need something on A. Either mp again or perhaps some lateral raises.

      Also what are your goals? I'd vary my rep ranges between A and B workouts

      How is this upper/lower routine?

      Goals are strength and size, probably 60% strength and 40% size

      alright thanks, im so use to strength routines thats why everything is 3x5 lol i would just like to focus a little bit more on size

      anything else i should add or take away? will rep once off RC
