      Morning, everyone, still learning a lot here and trying to stay motivated but sometimes it’s hard when the number on the scale doesn’t really move.

      I’ve been lifting for a couple of months, and I feel stronger, but I’m curious what other signs people use to track progress beyond weight?

      Like:
      • Better sleep?

      • More reps or heavier weights?

      • Less fatigue during workouts?
      What helped you realise you were actually improving, even if the mirror or scale wasn’t obvious yet?
