Hi everyone, My name's Michelle (although most people just call me M) and I've been training since September last year. I'm 5'3", 52kg and my goal is to compete in the BNBF Miss Figure category next year. I have 3 young children and had spent the last 7 years overweight and unfit and finally decided to do something about it in January 2011. I managed to lose 44lbs using cardio, then discovered weight training and I haven't looked back since I'm here to learn as much as I can to help me on my journey and hopefully be able to give back too!
