Right so I'm 17, I currently weigh around 75kg and I'm 5'9 in height. I have a bit of fat around my body but on my stomach a lot more :/ i was wanting to lose this and build up muscles there. Over the summer i got a gym membership and i went 4 days a week and i noticed i gradually got lean muscle, which i was very happy with. But then i did my hip and got an infection, this set me back a month at least :/ I can go back in about a weeks time, so my question to you would be, best way to lose fat and gain muscle. My current diet is around 1000 calories a day give and take a few 100, i consume around 60g of carbs and 50g ish of protein. Any help on how to lose the belly fat and improve my abs would be appreciated .
