I disagree, I'd say work everything, but obviously some parts more extensively than others (glutes, legs and stomach). There's very little chance you'll turn into a female hulk before noticing it, and unless you're pumping yourself with heaps of test and working out 6 days a week you won't look like those hideous female body builders. Personally I love abs on a girl, but that's only developed in the past year or so, so I can't speak for all guys.
