      your lifts are good than otherwise if the wide stance is okay for you

      Yeah, the kung fu psyche up killed me. I'm not knowledgeable enough on high bar squatting to offer advice but the other lifts looked solid enough. I have to agree that a wide stance high bar squat seems unnatural.

      Not sure what the "lets go barbie" motion is. I think I was listening to "The Downfall of us All" by A Day To Remember, so that motion was just indicating the "lets go!" part at the beginning. Insane lifting song if you don't know.

      That's pretty much how I approach heavy lifts like squat, deadlifts. Lifting maximal weight is 90% mental. I don't know if you can hear it, but I love saying "lightweight!" like Ronnie Coleman did before his 800lb squat.
