      that's true, and thats why i stopped taking it before summer last year. in winter i wear sweatshirts all the time anyway so it's not really noticable, but since i started bulking last week and it's not even fall yet, i want to avoid bloating as best as possible, it really weakens confidence haha. you should try micronized creatine like everybody else here said though, from what i've researched it seems like a more refined and complete form of normal monohydrate

      Each pill only weighs 1 gram. There's only 750mgs or so of creatine in each +fillers so there's not even a gram in each pill. The increased water in your muscles is what makes you appear more puffy or bloated. There are muscles in your face which retain water too and just about everywhere else in your body. It doesn't bloat your fat or skin cells or anything lol.
