Ok, so I can dumbbell press 6-8 reps with 60 lb dumbbells. I was wondering what my max bench would be. I was wondering if anyone could get me some estimates. A while back when I barbbell benched exclusively I failed at 135 for 6 reps... but I've gotten stronger since. Thanks for any help. P.S. If it matters my height is 6', and I weight 138lb.
DB to BB bench press. No I'm not, but I would like to know... just as a way of measuring gains I suppose. I know there isn't really much of a purpose of knowing my one rep max, but it would be cool to know.

DB to BB bench press. Take this with a grain of salt because if you're doing reps you may end up having more endurance as opposed to strength. Then if you're doing dumbbell benching, your mechanics may be different when you hop onto a barbell bench and you'll have to work on it.
DB to BB bench press. The best way to do it, is by just finding out yourself. Be careful not to over do it though, you could end up in SNAP city
