Cut or Bluk...HELP!! With A Photo You are incredibly retarded. Stop giving this guy stupid advice. Your muscles need at most 48 hours to "recover" as that is when protein synthesis stops. DOMS is not an indication of whether or not your muscle is recovered or not. This is the reason at least 2x a week is suggested, and more for beginners. Look up stronglifts 5x5 routine or starting strength and follow one of those.
