      Critique My Physique (Pics)

      I guess you can attribute it to your lats. In the second picture (as well as second to last), your lats just suddenly end, and there seems to be little development at the lower back.

      Nothing pops.

      Yeah bro I know that. I'm not sure why this is because I feel like I have a strong back but it struggles to grow. Any suggestions to get my back to pop and grow?

      t-bar rows, stiff leg deadlifts ( but only do the upper portion of the lift), pullups, chin ups, cable rows, wide grip rows, overhead pullovers (my favorite, next to t-bar rows), all are excellent ways to blast your back

      Great lift. I'm not sure if the belt would have anything to do with the lower back development.

      The deadlift should be promoting lower back development. Try doing bent over barbell rows, back extensions.
