      Yeah, be careful..

      I was doing 3x10 @ 185. I was already pretty warmed up too. and it was my LAST set of 185....

      I really have no clue. I have proper form.

      If I HAD to guess something I did wrong, I'd guess that I either didn't pin my shoulders back well enough, or my elbows flared too far out. That's just my guess though.
