chest / tri's day Take out one of the fly motions and the kickbacks. Also, I would replace either dumbbell or incline press with dips

But what you have is way too much for your chest. What do you do for your back?
chest / tri's day You're doing too many bench presses. Choose either barbell or dumbbell. You're also going to overwork your triceps as you're using them during your chest already. I'd suggest triceps pushdown. A great triceps iso movement.
