      Chest Help

In my opinion, you have too much volume for the frequency at which you are training your chest. If you are going to train your chest 3 times per week, you need to reduce your volume (I would recommend one or two exercises).

Also, I have been mixing a set or two of half-reps. Instead of locking all the way out, I'll stop halfway to keep the tension on my chest and not rely so much on triceps to lock out the movement.

I used to train chest twice a week at VERY high volume, and I never gained anything. I have recently started an upper/lower split where I only have one direct chest press twice a week. My bench has improved dramatically.
