I eat a lot of food throughout the day. I consume 3000+ calories, and 140g+ of protein. I'm currently 18 years old, around 140 lbs and 5"9. I can't seem to gain weight, I eat so much, I'm always snacking and it seems in loosing weight? I was up to 148 ish and now I'm back down to 140 ish and I haven't changed anything in my diet. I work at a resteraunt and my sleeping patterns pretty messed up. I usually go to bed around 4 am and get up around noon. Could this be the issue? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks all.
