Okay everyone says you must progressively overloadwith either more reps or more weight from week to week otherwise you will not get bigger. but as i increase the weight on my leg press my glute imbalance gets worst to where I'm actually gonna have to lower the weight now even if hit my rep goal. so anything you can add to this or your personal opinion on how i should go about this dilemma will be appreciated. and for those that follow my threads. i am not asking how to fix a muscle imbalance all im asking is how to go about it.
