No one else says anything? When he posts a video I am the only one to critique the actual content in the video. Have you ever considered the fact that if you actually, amazing revelation here, discussed what you thought about the points in his videos, he might ACTUALLY listen? Just saying he doesn't look like he lifts etc etc and then claiming he doesn't listen to advice is a load of horse ****.

remember when we got into the argument way back about tricep kickbacks and bench press. You know he said i was a complete retard for saying that certain compound movements are just better than isolations even though the compounds use the muscle as a synergist. He wouldnt listen to me because he couldnt match what i was saying to common experience which we learn in the gym. There are many factors when it comes to exercises which makes on more beneficial to the other

lol i dont think eric thinks he is better then everyone else. i didnt like him at first but he seems like a smart guy and we all start somewhere. props to him for doing the research and doing things properly. if he still looks the same a year from now then we will flame his ass off the forums though lol
