      Now I'm just trying to cut. What do you guys recommend high reps low weight?

      Dream bulk? Why would I lie I started working out in march 5 days a week over 300 grams of protien a day. I look bulky I just want my cuts to show more. I also wanna keep strenth. I don't have an ego but it seems like alot of you do. I'm trying to post a pic but my post count is not letting me

      Eat less, and go for higher reps.

      High reps is bs, there is no need to change routine or rep scheme.

      Have a deficit of calories, protein high, low carbs, higher fats.
