      A TUT thread was posted not too long ago. I'd link it to that. But basically,

      Isolation exercises have a shorter range of motion. Compounds are a lot longer. So more reps are needed to create the same time under tension.

      I'd rep you but it won't do anything.

      Yup only reason compounds are better SIMPLY RECRUITS MORE MUSCLE FIBERS.

      But to say the least YOU CAN BUILD A HUGE FRAME ON ISOLATIONS.

      Its all about TUT

      But those compounds release more testosterone and make you bigger...... Jk

      But I prefer compounds because I can move heavier weights and after completing a heavy set the feeling is just amazing.
