      Hey everyone,

      I know everyone has 100's of posts about ab exercises but I was wondering what really is the best for the quickest 6 pack possible.

      I am 5foot 8, 155 pounds (quite skinny to be honest) but have a nice layer of fat on my stomach (mainly from junk food).

      I know the junk food needs to stop but once doing that what would the best exercises be to do?

      I am sorry if I seem lazy for not doing so - but I am wondering if anyone has any person opinions on the best ab workout out there.

      Sure I can go to the Ab Workout threads and read about 10 different things to do - but I am wondering if anyone has stories of themselves doing specific things for fast results.

      Everyone has different results. Not everyone can develop abs like the other person. One person wouldn't need to train their abs and it's already showing, while others who have trained them for months are barely slowly popping out for them.

      If everyone were to know the fastest way to have a defined 6 pack abs, even the obese/morbidly obese would have 6 pack abs (no offense to those who are obese/morbidly obese).

      It's all in the kitchen man, you eat right and healthy, and do cardio, and train your abs hard, then you will get results.

      You slack off, you keep eating junk food, and a bigger layer of fat will go over your abs and it'll be harder then to try to obtain your 6 pack abs.

      Overall, stick with resistance crunches, hanging knee raises, resistance torso twists. They'll strengthen up your abs, but your abs are such small muscles that you'll need to involve a full body workout routine in order to work them harder. Workouts such as squats, bench press, deadlift, BB rows, will all target your core.

      Best Workout for the quickest 6 pack.

      That is really what is toughest for me right now.. Used to be 200lbs and jacked, got into a terrible car accident and was out of commission for ~ 2 years.

      Somehow managed to lose around 45lbs eating junk food A LOT, mainly because I lost all my muscle mass.

      best workout:

      Drop the spoon
      get off the chair
      put your shoes on
      open your door
      run as far as you can as fast as possible
