      Best way to get in all your calories?

      So judging from your post...

      You're getting ...

      205g of Protein
      200g of Fat
      Estimated 300g of CHO (because you havent told me)

      620 + 1,800 + 1,200 = 3,620 kcals

      Is that close to what you're getting?

      If fat's the problem, drink full fat milk.

      For someone who's 5'7, that's not bad. Come to think of it, it's not bad for anyone.

      Just meet your protein requirement with whey and get the rest of your calories from lard

      And yeah, had a hard time in ze beginning. /:
      But after countless hours of research and such got my nutrition in control.

      As I suspected. Make sure you're getting between 0.5g-1g per pound of bodyweight for optimal results.
