      But at the end, the ''muscle'' was AS destroyed as the week before therefore coming to the same results no?
      The ''muscle'' doesn't know the weights..I just went to ''failure'', which is the result of both workouts?

      Wednesday - OFF
      Thursday - Shoulders and Triceps
      Friday - Back and Traps
      Saturday - OFF
      Sunday - OFF
