Ok, I did BLSS last night, and I got back pain after the workout so i was thinking "Whatever, I'll just sleep it off" and now it still hurts. It's not a tremendous pain, more like an annoying pain. So now I'm asking should i see a doctor? or do you guys think it's just sore? By the way I can still get up easy and it's not KILLING me just an annoyance so I was asking this for safety. Also, it's the upper part of my back.

it's most likely due to incorrect form. what lifts did you do yesterday?

Simple as it is, if it's muscle pain then no worries, if it does not hurt like it is sore, though, you should rest and see a doctor. See if it hurts to actually contract the muscles in the area. You'll know if it is sore or not then.

thats quite a bit different than the original template lol. but i'd wager it would be due to you deadlifting incorrectly, or using your back to assist in your db bench. i can't imagine anything else from that workout causing sever upper back pain.

Judging by the workout you posted I'd say you really worked your back and you're just sore. Other than the pressing you did everything including squats (I assume this was barbell squats) worked the hell out of your back.

this is not BLSS though. This is just five exercises put in one day.

      BLSS template is:

      Squats 3x5
      BARBELL Bench Press 3x5
Chins/Pull-ups 20 reps in however many sets you need
      BARBELL Rows 3x5
      Bicep work 3x8

      DAY B
      Squats 3x5
      Standing Military Press 3x5
      Deadlift 1x5
Dips 20 reps in however many sets you need
      Triceps work 3x8

I know, the only reason I switched out barbell bench press with DB bench press is because I feel more isolation in my chest, also, I did DB rows because I enjoy them more haha
