      Don't like him. He does say some things that do apply to bodybuilders, but He's small as frick

      Mon: Upper chest/calves
      Tues: Back/Rear Delts/Traps/Abs
      Wed: Legs/Calves
      Thurs: Lower chest/Abs
      Fri: Arms/Forearms
      Sat/Sun: Rest
      ^I have designed my split to work with me. My shoulders are overpowering my structure and I hit them enough with my chest day, so i don't work them on their own day. My calves and chest are lacking, so I hit them hard.

      Leg Day is usually 2 or 3 heavy compounds and I always do leg extensions and leg curls. I haven't done squats for 6 months. Front squats, leg press, hack squats is what I do. Im a fan of the classic bulking/cutting method so I eat a lot of food, every 3 hours or so(Because if I dont I feel weird-its not necessary though), and make it whole grains, lean meats, lots of dairy and nuts and beans. Occasionally I will go out to eat.

      Do you feel like ur chest makes bigger gains muscle wise if u do upper and lower two diff day??

      What exercises do u do for upper chest?

      All i can think of Incline Flies and Press..
